My craft as a translator is the art of exploring multiple paths to find the heartbeat of a story in another language, of listening between the lines, bridging cultures and carrying emotions across borders through experience, sensitivity and a deep passion for words.
I also enjoy exploring how technology can support and enrich the creative process: suggesting alternatives, ensuring consistency across large projects, and opening up new ways to imagine and create.
All of this helps me create translations which are faithful and precise, yet still alive, preserving the rhythm, the passion and the soul of the original work.
Moreover, as a member of one of Italy’s professional translators’ associations, I work to rigorous ethical and quality standards and stay up to date with industry best practices.
